Senior Data Protection & DPO Office Lead

Monzo is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead the Global DPO Office and drive data protection strategy across the bank. You will turn broad goals into clear plans, oversee DPIAs, data breaches, governance, and regulatory reporting, and deputise for the DPO when needed.

You will build trusted relationships across Monzo, influence cross-functional teams, and shape processes and controls for a scalable, compliant data protection function in a rapidly evolving environment.
