What is the job role?

Make a real difference to children, young people and families in your community. As a Partnership Co‑ordinator, you will support early‑help services, working within our integrated Family Hub model to take a whole‑family approach to improving outcomes, building resilience, and helping families access the right support at the right time.

You will collaborate with schools, health services, police, community organisations and volunteers to develop and deliver high‑quality services that meet local needs. The role involves planning and delivering evidence‑based programmes, supporting community engagement, developing new opportunities for families and shaping services through collaboration and innovation.

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We currently do not offer sponsorship for this role.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and will be conditional upon a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

A strong understanding of safeguarding and early‑help approaches, along with the ability to work with families in disadvantaged communities, is required.

  • Experience in partnership working with schools, health services, police, community organisations, and volunteers.
  • Committed to empowering families and communities and working collaboratively to create positive, lasting change.
