Healthcare Banking Strategy & Growth Lead

Coventry Building Society is seeking a high‑profile leader to build and lead its Healthcare banking proposition. The role involves shaping the sector strategy, growing relationships across the market and establishing the company as a trusted banking partner within healthcare.

The successful candidate will originate and execute lending transactions (£3m–£25m) and collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Product, Legal, Finance and Operations to deliver opportunities safely and effectively.
