Senior Android Developer

Salary: £49,000 – 89,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience building Android apps for a wide range of devices.
• We require a track record of collaborating on cross-functional software projects.
• We require the ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

• We require fluency in English.
• A degree in computer science is preferred.
• A perspective on mobile development best practices is preferred.
• A GitHub portfolio showcasing personal or open-source projects is preferred.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• We collaborate closely with product designers on new feature design and prototyping.
• We assist in the user experience design process from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release.
• We work with design and business teams to define and implement user-focused solutions.
• We help define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the app.
• We prototype new user interactions and iterate based on feedback from peers.
