Lead Therapeutic Care Worker – Children’s Homes

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated care professional to support and care for children in a residential setting. The role involves working with a team to promote positive development in a safe, nurturing environment, and assisting the Service Manager to deliver high-quality care.

You will lead with other professionals to provide therapeutic care, record progress, and implement care plans. Good English, caring nature, flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins, and a driving licence are desirable.
