Support Worker – Enable Independence & Wellbeing

CareTech Community Services Ltd in Caernarfon is hiring a Support Worker to provide person-centred, everyday assistance to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, following individual support plans and promoting independence.

This role involves evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins, with full training provided and opportunities to progress.
