Project, Commercial & Programme Management (PMCM)
The PMCM team ensures successful project delivery through integrated management of scope, cost, schedule, and risk. We support clients from concept to completion using structured methodologies and digital tools.
Role Overview
This role strengthens our NEC ECC PM team, supporting projects across sectors such as water, energy, defence, roads, and larger utilities. You will lead and support multidisciplinary teams, working closely with Client Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on scope, cost, schedule, and risk.
- Plan and drive project activities in line with NEC ECC requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead risk, change, and commercial management activities.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across projects.
- Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
Qualifications
- Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes.
- Commercial acumen, including expertise in NEC4/ECC contract management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sectors such as highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, flood, water, wind, carbon capture, nuclear, defence, and utilities.
- Current or path to chartership in a relevant professional institution.
- Commitment to professional development and sustainability.
- Knowledge of health and safety, quality and environmental aspects of projects.
