Shift Times: Mixture of 6 and 12 hour shifts on a 4 weekly rota (07:45-14:15, 13:45-20:15 or 07:45-20:15) includes alternative weekends

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Hillside Lodge, a modern purpose‑designed 60‑bed care home situated in the beautiful West Sussex village of Pulborough. Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24‑hour nursing care.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offer personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
