Salary: £13.80 per hour

Hours: 24hrs and 36hrs p/w

Shift Times

Shift Times: Mixture of 6 and 12 hour shifts on a 4 weekly rota (07:45-14:15, 13:45-20:15 or 07:45-20:15) includes alternative weekends

Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24‑hour nursing care.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offer personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
