Student Wellbeing & Behaviour Support Mentor

Senovo is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant for a secondary school in Beckenham, starting September 2026. You will support pupils with behaviour, attendance, confidence and engagement, bridging behaviour, pastoral care and student participation throughout the day.

The role suits someone who can build strong relationships quickly while maintaining clear boundaries, with mentoring, emotional support and daily engagement for pupils at risk of disengagement.
