Position Title

Third Party Security Programme Manager – Global Security Office

Location & Employment

Nottingham, UK (Hybrid – 60% office). Reports to the Director of 3rd Party Security.

Key Priorities

  • Programme management of Third Party Security assessment activities and ensuring compliance with Experian policy.
  • Project and change management for special projects and activities as required.
  • Identification of strategic initiatives and opportunities for innovation to deliver team OKRs and drive efficiency.
  • Support the VP, Third Party Security with reporting of the TPSMS and escalation of potential issues.

Responsibilities

  • Own the TPS Service Scorecard and work with regional TPS Managers to meet internal Service Level Objectives.
  • Manage the TPS assessment programme to ensure timely completion in line with policy.
  • Deliver special projects within agreed scope and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to TPS resources for assurance activities and projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the TPSMS framework and propose improvements.
  • Support audits of TPS operations.
  • Act as an ambassador for TPS, engaging stakeholders and cascading communications.
  • Improve internal communications and provide guidance with TPS and stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance on policy and process to the TPS team in all regions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within GRC, automation, process improvement or information security.
  • Background overseeing technical security programmes, audits or security- focused projects.
  • Researching security solutions and providing guidance/solutions, challenging when risk outweighs benefits.
  • Experience improving automation in programs or processes.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office; additional experience with SQL, Power BI and SharePoint or similar applications.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience preferred.
  • Ability to work across a large organisation and manage multiple stakeholders.
