We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure, where you will work in a fun, lively environment with like‑minded people. You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast‑paced environment, holding the attention of a room full of people.
• Motivate participants to push themselves to achieve their aims in a safe and encouraging manner.
• Use strong people skills to put customers’ needs at the forefront and build personable and meaningful relationships.
• Maintain exceptional time management skills and manage class schedules efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and contribute to continuous personal development.
• Work with customers of all abilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.
• Collaborate with team members to keep facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training.
• Hold a qualification suitable for delivery of the world‑class Group Workout Programme (or willingness to obtain one with support from the company).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Commitment to health and wellbeing, and a passion for motivating others.
