Teaching Assistant: SEND Support & Classroom Help

St. Osmund’s C.E. Middle School in Dorchester is seeking an energetic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Years 5–8 in a busy classroom environment.

The role is fixed term up to August 2027, 29 hours per week, term‑time only (38 weeks). You will assist with general classroom tasks and provide SEND support, including 1:1 and small group interventions, plus support during breaks and lunchtimes.
