Senior Care Assistant — Lead Shifts & Medication Admin

Valarian Court Care Home in Didcot is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide a care team in delivering high quality, person-centred care for residents. You will oversee shift operations, manage medication administration, and monitor residents’ wellbeing to ensure safety and continuity of care.

You will maintain care records and liaise with families and healthcare professionals, with alternate weekend work required. NVQ2 is required, NVQ3 or willingness to progress is desirable.
