Empathetic Family Support Worker – Primary School

Smile Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced Family Support Worker for an inclusive primary school in the Kidderminster area. The role is temporary and starts immediately, continuing until the end of the academic year.

You will support pupils and families to overcome barriers to learning, attendance and wellbeing, working with safeguarding and pastoral teams to create positive outcomes for children across the school community.
