Community GP: Holistic Primary Care & MDT Teamwork

NHS in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a General Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care within a diverse coastal community. This role involves working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and managing a variety of clinical situations from acute to chronic conditions.

As a GP, you will ensure continuity of care through home visits, participate in practice development activities, and maintain compliance with health standards. Candidates are expected to have GMC registration and experience in UK General Practice.
