Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a Healthcare Worker for the Newhaven Lodge Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit in Gillingham. You will help adults with complex mental health needs in a 24/7 inpatient setting, supporting day-to-day activities and recovery.
You will work under supervision within a multi-disciplinary team, assisting with assessments, interventions and rehabilitation plans while developing specialist skills through supervision and training.
