As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of the restaurant. In a nutshell, you’ll deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas. Responsibilities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, looking after customers’ specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the store manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Quite simply, you’ll be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful service and work well as part of a team.

- Support cleanliness and organization in customer-facing areas and restrooms.
- Assist with events and activities that enhance the customer experience and brand image.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management; report customer feedback and satisfaction levels as required.
