Remote Software Engineer II (Backend Focused)

Salary: £75,000 – 84,000 per year

Requirements

• We require strong Java proficiency.
• We are looking for someone with a hunger to learn.
• Experience with front-end development is not required right away, as we can teach that on the job.
• Familiarity with Java, GraphQL, Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases, and AWS is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• We work closely with product managers and designers across the full development lifecycle.
• We contribute from software design through coding, testing, deployment, and back again.
• We release code to production frequently, with a daily release cycle.
• We focus mostly on backend work, with some front-end projects from time to time.
