We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Operator to join our growing Birmingham (Tamworth) branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transport, or customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Operator, you will become the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing their shipments from booking through to invoicing. You will work closely with customers, transport providers, and colleagues to ensure freight moves efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach and a passion for delivering great service.
- Experience within road freight or transport operations is an advantage, but if you’re customer-focused, eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems, we want to hear from you.
