Empowering Social Worker – Older People & Disabilities

Lancashire County Council is seeking a permanent full-time Social Worker for Older People and Physical Disabilities in Neighbourhoods, Adult Social Care. Salary £36,363–£40,777. This role focuses on helping adults live well and safely at home within the community, using a strengths-based approach with service users, carers and partners.

Registration with Social Work England (SWE) or applying to register is required. A car for duties and business-use insurance is essential.
