Operating internationally, they help bring some of the world’s biggest brands to life through retail, licensing and commercial partnerships.

They’re now looking for an outstanding Director of FP&A to join their senior finance team in London.

This is a genuinely high-profile leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving the global planning, forecasting and performance management agenda across an international business.

You’ll work closely with finance and commercial leaders around the world, helping shape strategic decisions and providing the insight that drives growth.

The opportunity

Reporting into the senior finance leadership team, you’ll:

  • Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes across the global business.
  • Build and own sophisticated three-statement financial models, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Partner with senior commercial stakeholders to support strategic decision making and revenue growth.
  • Own global headcount planning and resource forecasting.

  • Lead and develop an international FP&A team whilst collaborating with finance colleagues across Europe, Asia and North America.

About you

You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qualified experience in FP&A within a complex international business.

You’ll also bring:

  • Outstanding financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Experience leading planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
  • The confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A passion for improving processes and leveraging technology.
  • Power BI and Power Query experience would be highly advantageous.

Why this role?

  • Work with globally recognised entertainment and consumer brands.
  • Influence commercial decisions at the highest level.
  • International exposure across multiple markets.
  • A highly visible leadership role with genuine strategic impact.
  • Hybrid working and an excellent collaborative culture.

If you’re looking for an FP&A leadership opportunity where you’ll combine commercial finance, strategy and international exposure in a business that’s anything but ordinary, I’d love to tell you more.
