THE OPPORTUNITY

This role sits at the heart of our growth, winning new borough contracts, onboarding councils, and sourcing the accommodation they need. You will position us as a preferred TA housing provider, grow our borough coverage, and secure the contracts that drive our expansion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and leverage relationships with London Boroughs and Home Counties TA and housing teams to position us as a preferred provider

  • Develop strategies to eliminate voids by lining up council or institutional tenants ahead of vacancy
  • Track and report on procurement activity, borough coverage, and revenue performance
  • Negotiate, renew, and restructure leases
  • Handle contract transitions, hand backs, and re-letting strategies
  • Build relationships with landlords to procure properties required

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong existing network within London Boroughs, or the ability to build one quickly
  • Experience with TA procurement
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills and a results-focused mindset
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Lettings legislation and compliance
  • Full UK driving licence

WHY JOIN US

  • A business actively scaling its TA and housing provider operations
  • Real opportunity to build and own borough relationships across London
