Marston’s plc invites aspiring chefs to join our pubs’ kitchen as an Apprentice Chef – Production Chef. You’ll learn to prep, cook and bring our pub menu to life, working under the Chef Development Programme to progress toward Sous Chef.

Working evenings and weekends in a fast‑paced kitchen, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across stations, with mentors guiding your development and a structured apprenticeship pathway.
