Residential Team Leader: Guiding Youth 8–17

Sgs-Care-Ltd in Blackpool or Durham is seeking a Team Leader for Residential Childcare in a family-run children’s home. You will lead Residential Childcare Workers, ensuring a safe, structured environment and high-quality care for young people aged 8–17 with EBD.

The role requires Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards) and experience in Ofsted Registered Homes; progression through grades with salary uplifts.
