Salary: £35,000 – 44,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong hands‑on infrastructure experience with Azure, Azure AD, Intune and Windows Server.
- Solid networking knowledge, including switching.
- Previous experience within the education sector, such as schools, colleges or universities.
- Comfortable taking ownership of technical environments and supporting junior colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Azure, Azure AD, Intune and Windows Server environments.
- Support and administer our network infrastructure, including switching.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, deployments and technical improvement projects.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the onsite IT Technician.
- Maintain high levels of system availability, security and performance.
- Support education‑specific platforms including Salamander and Papercut.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services across the school.
