Behaviour Support Lead – SEMH School

Academics in Basingstoke is recruiting an experienced Behaviour Support Manager to help students with social, emotional and mental health needs stay in education. The role is permanent or temp-to-perm, starting September, with 39 teaching weeks per year and 32.5 hours per week.

You will manage behaviour, implement targeted interventions and build positive relationships with learners and their families. Training in behaviour management is provided and prior experience with challenging behaviour
