Swimming Instructor – Learn to Swim & School Programs

Cardiff Met is seeking a Swimming Teacher to join the Aquatics & Sport Systems team. You will help deliver Learn to Swim and School Swimming programmes and ensure participant needs are met.

You will lead teaching sessions, plan progressive lessons, communicate with parents, and assess swimmer progress using formal assessment methods. This role supports the university’s award-winning facilities and customer-focused culture.
