Head of Sales Progression, Woking

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

Location: Woking

Full‑Time | OTE (with bonus) £45,000 per annum

What You’ll Do

• Open and manage sales files post‑agreement
• Draft and issue Sales Memorandums (AML cleared)
• Act as the first point of contact for clients and buyers
• Coordinate with agents across the chain
• Oversee AML checks and documentation collection
• Ensure searches, surveys, and mortgage steps are initiated

What You’ll Need

• Background in UK property sales or conveyancing
• Solid knowledge of legal and compliance processes
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience with Reapit (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and file accuracy
