Wholesale & Channel Growth Director

Charterhouse Group is seeking a Director of Wholesale/Channel to build out a new strategic direction. You will shape the wholesale go-to-market strategy, identify offerings, onboard key partners, and establish the commercial foundations for scaled indirect routes to market.

In this player-manager role, you will own personal revenue targets while leading a growing channel team and partnering with CTO, Operations, Marketing and Legal to formalise the wholesale capability and drive sustained growth
