- Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing strategic advice.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide expert guidance on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and other complex tax matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and development.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client services and improve internal processes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of any implications.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless service for clients.
Profile
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws, particularly in personal and private client taxation.
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio within the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.

- A professional qualification in accounting or tax (e.g., CTA, ACA, or ACCA).
