Responsibilities

• Lead asset investment, repairs, and maintenance services
• Ensure compliance, safety, and high-quality homes
• Use data and insight to drive performance and improvements
• Manage contractors, budgets, and strategic programmes
• Inspire and develop a talented, inclusive team

• Senior leadership experience in housing, property, or a related sector
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness
• A passion for improving services and resident outcomes
• The ability to lead through change and motivate teams
