Early Years Apprenticeship Coach & Mentor

Essex County Council’s Adult Community Learning is seeking an Early Years Workplace Coach to support apprentices and adult learners through coaching, mentoring and tailored guidance. You will collaborate with tutors, employers and partners to ensure inclusive, high-quality learning experiences.

The role focuses on identifying learner needs, conducting progress reviews and helping learners achieve qualifications, while promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and equality across settings.
