This hands‑on role acts as a central point of assurance for data accuracy, integrity and governance for Phoenix Community Housing’s Repairs Service. It supports compliance‑based activities in a busy work environment and manages business‑critical data activities such as regulatory compliance reporting. The role includes requirements gathering, ensuring business needs are defined, documented, and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of assurance for data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Support compliance‑based activities and manage business‑critical data activities such as regulatory compliance reporting.
• Gather requirements and ensure business needs are defined, documented, and accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience working in social housing or a similarly regulated sector.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Collaborative stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong understanding of governance, data quality and risk management within a regulated environment.
• Trusted subject‑matter lead or potential to become one.
• Confident user of business systems and Microsoft Office.
