Estates Capital Projects Lead — Flexible Hours

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced project manager to deliver delegated estates projects across East and West Sussex. You will design, obtain tenders, liaise with statutory bodies, agree standards and ensure they are met, oversee commissioning and acceptance of works.

The role involves supervising project teams, authorising payments to contractors, and procuring assets and selecting suppliers. The post supports the Trust’s aim to provide excellent community care.
