Lifecycle Project Manager – Healthcare & Education

Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, delivering on Birmingham Schools and Dudley LIFT contracts. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package.

You will lead asset management and project delivery across healthcare and education sites, overseeing building fabric and M&E, coordinating with internal teams and FM suppliers to meet lifecycle milestones while complying with standards and regulations.
