Subscriptions Growth Delivery Lead

JobTailor is seeking a Programme Manager to drive cross-functional subscription growth across Marketing, Brand and Product & Tech. You will own delivery timelines, prioritise initiatives and deliver with strong governance, while developing clear roadmaps and risk visibility.

You will facilitate stakeholder sessions, synthesize inputs and translate performance data into actionable guidance for leadership, coordinating campaigns and product launches across multiple workstreams.
