Loom Talent is recruiting a Transport Team Manager for a well‑established logistics operation in Avonmouth. You will lead a team of drivers and transport administrators to deliver excellent service and ensure compliance.

You will manage day-to-day transport operations, optimise routes, and drive performance through coaching and continuous improvement, while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
