You will lead a team of social care workers, ensuring high standards of care, while liaising with Assistant Team Leaders and senior staff. A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is required or commitment to obtain it.

You will work a rota with weekend shifts and contribute to a supportive, engaging environment for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
