Physical Design Engineer for AI Accelerator

Oho Group is seeking a Physical Design Engineer to implement a high-performance ASIC AI accelerator in London. You will own physical implementation from synthesis to place & route and collaborate with RTL and architecture teams to meet ambitious performance and power targets.

In a fast-paced, early-stage environment, you will drive floorplanning, power planning, clock tree synthesis, STA, sign-off, and support tape-out and silicon bring-up. Prior ASIC experience is required.
