McLaren Racing in the UK is seeking an Aero Process & Optimisation Engineer who will improve how aerodynamic performance is delivered to the race car, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data‑driven improvements across Aero Development, CFD, Design, Manufacturing and Wind Tunnel Operations.
You’ll develop data‑driven insights with Excel, Power BI and Python, support automation, and work with stakeholders to enhance workflows and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
