Assistant Facility Manager – Grow a Community Leisure Hub

East Riding Leisure Goole is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to lead a busy, multi-skilled team and help operate a new Goole facility safely, efficiently and with a welcoming customer focus.

You will support the General Manager with day-to-day leadership, service planning, staff development, performance management, budgeting, health and safety, project delivery and continuous improvement, helping grow membership and community wellbeing.
