Logistics Customer Service Advisor – Free Parking

Pertemps is recruiting for a Contact Service Advisor in Coleshill. The role is full-time, on-site with free parking, working 7.5-hour shifts from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will handle inbound calls, manage records in CRM, and use Excel to update data while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, detail‑oriented approach.
