This is a truly special setting: small class sizes, a close-knit team, and the freedom to teach creatively and respond to each student as an individual. As our Personal Development Tutor, you’ll deliver lessons covering emotional literacy, relationships, health and wellbeing, careers, and independent living skills, helping students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs build the confidence, self-belief, and life skills they need to move forward. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is perfect for someone who wants their work to genuinely matter, who can bring patience, warmth, and consistency to every interaction, and who is looking for the flexibility to shape lessons around what their students really need. No formal teaching qualification is required, just a real commitment to young people and a willingness to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful. Full support, training, and CPD will be provided to help you thrive in this rewarding and life-changing role.
