SEMH Learning Support Assistant – Team Teach

Guardian Jobs in Barking is seeking a SEMH Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a student with SEMH needs, helping access learning, regulate emotions, and develop positive relationships throughout the school day.

The role is full-time, term-time only, with a Team Teach qualification essential. You will work with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to implement behaviour support strategies and contribute to the student’s academic and emotional progress.
