Senior Grocery Operations Leader

GXO Logistics is seeking a Head of Operations in Northampton to lead a multi‑chamber warehousing operation for Sainsbury’s. You will manage all warehouse functions, drive operational excellence, and meet KPIs while ensuring safety and employee development.

The role is full-time, mainly Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00, with flexibility. Salary up to £80,000 plus generous benefits including a company car or car allowance and a performance bonus up to 15%.
