Mtrp Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a challenging new build hospitality space in Preston. The role involves leading the project from start to finish on a hybrid steel and timber frame build with ground complexities. You must be locally based and able to commute daily to Preston.

Ideal candidates have taken similar projects from commencement to completion and can demonstrate capability to manage risks and maintain progress over the long term.
