Directorate Manager, Acute & Crisis Mental Health

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced health or social care manager to join the Directorate Management team. The Directorate oversees the Patient Flow pathway, Inpatient Units, and Crisis Care Pathways for adults across the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.

You will take operational responsibility for Flow & Discharge and Older Adult In-Patient Services, drive quality improvement, ensure governance, and lead on change projects in collaboration with clinicians and staff.
