YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing Employee Experience and HR practice. This role sits at the intersection of technology leadership, client advisory and delivery ownership, helping organisations transform their employee and enterprise service experiences. You will shape ServiceNow platform strategies, lead end‑to‑end implementations and drive high‑quality solution design across large‑scale transformation programmes.
Solution & Architecture Leadership
- Own the end‑to‑end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations
- Produce and maintain technical design documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and platform best practices
Engagement & Delivery Ownership
- Lead end‑to‑end engagements, including delivery governance and stakeholder management
- Oversee delivery teams while not being directly responsible for configuration or development
Client Advisory and Strategy
- Define ServiceNow platform strategies and roadmaps for customers
- Act as a technology advisor, guiding customer leadership teams, programme stakeholders and delivery teams
- Liaise with ServiceNow representatives and ecosystem partners
Business Development
- Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, drive proposal development and deliver winning client presentations

YOUR PROFILE
Essential Experience & Certifications
- ServiceNow certifications at minimum; Certified System Administrator, CIS ITSM, CIS HRSD, CTA / CMA (beneficial)
- Proven experience working on at least one large global / international ServiceNow implementation or multiple end‑to‑end smaller deployments
- Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, across architecture and solution design
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate ServiceNow HR / AI features to customers
Key Traits and Capabilities
- Strong understanding of how technology decisions impact user experience, operating models and transformation delivery
- Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- A real desire to transition from hands‑on technical delivery into technology leadership and engagement ownership
- Has strong technical foundations but is moving into (or already in) an architect / leadership role
- Enjoys engaging with clients, shaping solutions and influencing strategy
- Motivated to build a reputation as a trusted technology leader within a sector
