Retail Team Leader – Community Store (Flexible Shifts)

Co‑op in Rudgwick is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team on a permanent part‑time basis (22 hours per week) at £14.48/hour. Shifts include early mornings and evenings with at least one weekend shift; location is 3-6 The Martlets, Church Street, Rudgwick RH12 3EX.

You will lead on‑floor operations, coaching staff, and drive merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes while delivering excellent customer service and supporting community stores.
