HVDC Quality Assurance Engineer – Drive Zero-Defect

SwiftCruit is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to drive product and process quality across HVDC transformer manufacturing, ensuring compliance with customer specs, IEC/IEEE standards, and internal QMS. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Project Management and suppliers to deliver right-first-time quality.

You will apply DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, 8D problem solving, and lead CAPAs, audits, and quality data analysis to improve FPY and reduce COPQ.
